Supporting small businesses and good causes via Potto Lotto

Potto-lotto-image-Jan-2021

Potto Lotto players could win one of five £100 Etsy gift vouchers and £100 for their chosen cause in a bumper prize draw.

The last year has been tough for everyone so this prize draw is a great opportunity to win an amazing prize while also helping out local charities and supporting independent businesses. A £100 Etsy gift voucher is up for grabs plus the lucky winners will also get a £100 cash donation to their chosen good cause.

All players who have joined Stoke-on-Trent City Council’s online lottery by Saturday 27 February will be entered into the special draw, as well as being in with a chance to win up to £25,000 in the weekly lottery. Each ticket gives you a chance to win.

Potto Lotto is a lottery scheme with a difference. It gives players the chance to win cash prizes of up to £25,000 and extra tickets, while making a difference to local causes that are signed up. Tickets cost just £1 with 50p going direct to your chosen good cause and 10p going to the community fund, used to further support local good causes.

Since its launch in May 2018, 80 good causes and charities in Stoke-on-Trent have benefitted from a massive £27,300 that has been raised so far.Potto-Lotto-SOT

Councillor Lorraine Beardmore, cabinet member for Culture, Leisure and Public Health said: “This has been a difficult time for us all and, now we have entered a new year, we are all in need of something to lift our spirits, and Potto Lotto can do just that. This is a great prize that gifts the winner and their chosen good cause with an amazing £100 to start off the new year. By entering the draw, not only will you be in with a chance of winning a prize, but you’ll be supporting good causes from across the city.

“Potto Lotto players have raised a significant amount of money for charities in this city since its launch in 2018, and I’m confident it will continue to have a positive impact on our communities. I wish all players the very best of luck for this prize draw, and thank you on behalf of all the good causes it aids.”

Potto Lotto draws take place every Saturday at 8pm.

If you would like to be in with the chance of winning these prizes or other cash prizes ranging from £25 to £25,000 every week and to support local causes signed up to Potto Lotto, go to www.pottolotto.co.uk for more information or to play.
