Local Home Care Provider Rated Amongst County’s Best
Belong at Home Newcastle-under-Lyme is celebrating double success at the Home Care Provider
Awards 2022.
As well as being placed in the Top 20 Home Care Providers in the West Midlands by leading online reviews site Homecare.co.uk – the wider Belong at Home group has been recognised as aTop 20 Home Care Provider nationally.
The rankings are based on verified customer reviews, with Belong at Home Newcastle-under-Lyme
maintaining a rating of 9.9 out of 10 over the past year, placing it amongst the highest rated services nationwide.
The Homecare.co.uk Top 20 Home Care Awards 2022 recognise the most recommended providers of domiciliary care throughout the UK. Based on the reviews of its customers, a position in the Top 20 Home Care Group category demonstrates that Belong at Home has achieved high ratings for all
aspects of its service, including its people, care and support, management, treating customers with
dignity, and overall value for money. It is the fifth successive year Belong at Home has picked up the
group award, with an average service rating of 9.8 out of 10.
Operating from the Belong care village on Lower Street, Belong at Home Newcastle-under-Lyme provides customers with trained and caring community support workers to assist with any customer needs, including one-to-one personal care, housekeeping, such as cleaning, food preparation and running errands, as well as companionship and support to enable greater wellbeing. This includes excursions outside the home and exercise initiatives.
Belong at Home customers and their relatives also benefit from free access to Belong’s Admiral Nurse service, which provides mental health nurses specialising in dementia care, in association with Dementia UK, to help support people who have been diagnosed with dementia.
