A recruitment agency in the Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme area, has  announced an exciting partnership with Newcastle Under Lyme College T-Level programme.

T-Levels are technical qualifications designed to give students the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a specific industry and are the equivalent of 3 A Levels. These courses combine classroom learning with hands-on experience, ensuring students are well-prepared for the demands of the workplace upon completion of their studies.

“We are thrilled to partner with Newcastle Under Lyme College’s T-Level programme,” said Selina Rudzik, Managing Director of Recruitment Robin.

“T-Level students bring a fresh perspective and a strong desire to learn. They are an invaluable asset to any team, and we are proud to support them as they embark on their academic and career journey.”

One T-Level student making waves at Recruitment Robin is Millie. Engaged by Selina, Millie has quickly become an integral part of the team, bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

“Working at Recruitment Robin has been an incredible experience,” said Millie.

“I’ve had the opportunity to work on exciting projects, learn from experienced professionals, and develop new skills like administration making presentations at a local business networking group and creating visuals for social media using graphic design software. I am grateful for the support and guidance I’ve received from Selina, and I’m excited to see where this opportunity takes me in the future.”

Meryl Finney, T Level Manager from NSCG, said: “T-Level students are highly motivated, eager to learn and developing skills needed to thrive in today’s workplace across a variety of roles and industries.

“Partnering with businesses like Recruitment Robin allows our students to gain practical experience and opens doors to exciting career opportunities for their future progression.”

Recruitment Robin is committed to supporting T-Level students like Millie as they pursue their career aspirations, and has also joined the T-Level programme as an advocate to promote the benefits to other local businesses.

Through mentorship and hands-on experience, Recruitment Robin and NSCG are helping to shape the workforce of tomorrow and are seeking expressions of interest from other businesses looking to find out more about the T Level programme.

NSCG will be hosting two events across both Newcastle and Stafford campuses, the first getting underway on Tuesday 23rd April at Newcastle-under-Lyme College and followed by a second event at the Stafford Campus on Monday 29th April.

During both events, the NSCG T-Levels team will be on hand to talk to employers about the benefits of offering an extended work placement to their talented and enthusiastic learners. There will also be the opportunity to network over refreshments with local employers already involved in our placement programme,
