Critchlow scoops Gold for outstanding ‘Customer Service’
A LEADING Estate Agent has been recognised for outstanding customer service in a prestigious awards competition.
Since launching in 2020, Critchlow Estate Agents have exceeded all targets set in their first two years of trading, and now to add to the ever growing team, they have received Gold for Stoke-on-Trent (South) in the British Property Awards.
The agents were ‘mystery shopped’ by independent judges on numerous occasions and assessed on a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels.
The award comes shortly after Critchlow expanded their team and moved into new offices based at Federation House, in Stoke.
Founder Martin Critchlow said: “We were absolutely ecstatic to win gold at the British property Awards. Since opening our doors two years ago, our main aim has always been to provide exceptional value and create a positive journey that our customers remember as being a good experience, so to receive this award shows all the hard work that the team have put in and it is something we are very proud of.”
The British Property Awards provide agents throughout the UK with an invaluable opportunity to compare the service that they provide against the service provided by their local, regional and national competition. Agents who go that extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded, which acts as a beacon to highlight attributes to their local marketplace.
Critchlow’s outstanding service and performance now sees them entered for several National Awards which will be announced at a later date.
Robert McLean from The British Property Awards said: “Our awards have been specifically designed to be attainable to all agents, removing common barriers to entry, such as cost, to ensure that we have the most inclusive awards. Our awards have also been designed to remove any opportunity for bias or manipulation. If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time. Winning agents should be proud that their customer service levels provide a benchmark for their local, regional and national competition.”
Critchlow Estate Agents provide free valuations and only charge fees once a residential property has been sold and despite recent news in the property market – due to Government announcements – Martin and his team are still seeing a strong demand for sales.
“As the property market is starting to settle it’s now more important than ever to have the right agent marketing a property,” adds Martin.
“Although viewings have slowed in recent months we are still seeing a strong demand for properties and we are actually up on properties sold for the year. This could be down to a number of factors, but we know it is imperative all photography and floor plans are highly professional so as to best to showcase a property. We also utilise several property channels to enable us to achieve the best price in the market.”
Critchlow Estate Agents introduced lettings earlier this year when manager Alison Proudfoot was welcomed to the team joining Sales Manager Lee Dono and Lauren Whitehouse, who heads up Administration and Credit Control and has seen the company branching out into Cheshire and further afield.
