Spode Rose Garden is a Pocket Park located on the historic Spode factory site in Stoke Town. originally a garden space for the factory, the site gradually fell into disrepair until 2012 when AirSpace Gallery renovated a slice of the  garden  to act as a physical proposal for the renovation of the entire space.

Over the last 12 years, the garden has developed through a series of different stages. In 2015, which has seen the development and naming of a bespoke real hybrid tea rose – an old-type rose, fragrant and pure white – The Spode China Rose which can only be foiund here. in 2016, the garden was officially designated a Pocket Park, and we formed The Friends of Spode Rose Garden group, a team of volunteers who help to develop the garden and now maintain it and organise a program of events within the garden. In 2017, they took a physical design to the annual RHS Tatton Garden Show and won a Silver Gilt medal in the Blooming Borders section. This “Blue Italian” inspired border returned to Stoke and is now a permanent feature of the Garden.
