Longton Food Festival returns
Longton Exchange has announced the return of its hugely successful Food Festival – which will take place on Saturday, August 10th – over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
Building on the excitement of the 2023 festival, Longton Exchange is inviting local vendors to participate and applications are open via a form on the shopping centre’s website.
The festival will celebrate culinary delights, with a diverse range of vendors offering everything from mouth watering street food to delectable treats.
The festival is committed to supporting the local community and this year all three of Longton Exchange’s new charity partners will be invited to attend and raise vital funds for their important causes.
Adding a fun twist for families will be a special “Food Detectives Trail” which will wind its way through the Longton Exchange Shopping Centre.
Hidden posters will be in shop windows featuring intriguing food items and to complete the trail, participants will be required to track down all the featured foods and mark them off on a word search sheet.
The “Food Detectives Trail” will run throughout the festival, kicking off on Saturday, August 10th, 2024.
