Have you ever celebrated a ‘Nanniversary?’

This year Stokies are being asked to share stories about their Nanna’s/Grandmother’s for a huge celebration event to take place on New Year’s Eve.

Hootenanna! is a six towns celebration, which has been created by Claybody Theatre, to not only celebrate Stoke-on-Trent – but the City’s Grandmothers too!

Whether it’s an inspirational story of a Grandmother jumping out of a an aeroplane for charity, or running a marathon, or the Grandmother who dotingly does the school run, or even the Grandmother who bakes the best cakes, or makes the tastiest oatcakes – Claybody Theatre’s Community Reporters want to hear from you

December 31 2024, is going to be a ‘Nanniversay’ spectacular with Hootenanna! An online celebration show will be freely streamed right into your homes – where you can tune in, join in with live music and take some amazing stories with you into 2025.

Let the bells ring out loud with Hootenanna! for what is going to be one New Year’s Eve party all Stokies will want to be invited to!
