Covid-19 Support Network for the Borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme
A support network has been launched in Newcastle-under-Lyme to help residents during the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Covid-19 Support Network, being run by Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council, Support Staffordshire and Realise Charity, aims to work with volunteers and voluntary sector organisations to ensure the people of the Borough are supported, protected and kept well-informed.
By co-ordinating the response locally the group is working to ensure that everyone who needs help can receive it. Anyone who can offer support is also asked to volunteer.
The support service will operate Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. Anyone who would like to learn more is asked to get in touch by visiting covid19.realisefoundation.org.uk
Staffordshire County Council also have a call line for urgent enquiries – 0300 111 8050.
